Legends of the North Shore is a full-service restaurant offering the finest of Contemporary Italian/American cuisine for lunch and dinner in an upscale, yet casual and relaxed atmosphere.
Opened back in 2002, Chef Dan became a successful part of Pittsburgh’s North Shore community and played a contributing role in the continued growth and redevelopment of the area. The foundational principle of our restaurant is that the success will come with the consistency of providing excellence in the food, service, and the ambience, marked by simple elegance. Chef Dan’s passion to search Pittsburgh’s Strip District for the freshest and finest ingredients compliments his personally-selected menu.
Delivery Service
Don’t have enough time to sit down and have a leisurely lunch or dinner, take-out service is available. Delivery service is also available in limited areas. Dan Bartow’s dream of opening an upscale, casual, family-oriented restaurant became a reality on May 30, 2002, with the grand opening of Legends of the North Shore Restaurant located on the North Side of Pittsburgh. This native New Yorker has welcomed over 35,000 customers to the restaurant with his continental Italian specialties. His customers are not only from the North Side but from all over the tri-state area — Monroeville, South Hills, Upper St. Clair, Cranberry Township, Sewickley and Allison Park.
